Some take it even further than this and include a range of bespoke storage units. This includes a desk that can be moved between the two on wheels, four drawers of storage and two cupboards with doors all included. The Luna low line loft bed, also known as a midi storage bed is compact and comes with everything you require including a ladder that can be turned around, a desk that can slide into and out of the way on wheels three drawer chest and cabinet all included. It's important to note that many midi loft beds with desk require the use of a standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with wooden slatted bases. The cost of the bed does not include the mattress. We suggest checking our mattress deals to find one that is within your budget.

Mattress
Most midi beds take standard UK single mattresses. The top bunk has a safety rail for extra peace of mind. Some models come with the option of a pull-out trundle drawer which can be used to host sleepovers, or to add more storage space beneath the bed. They can be open or fitted with doors (please refer to the product details for more details).
Many midi cabins come with a desk that can be moved from one level to the next, or chests. This gives children a bespoke space for all their belongings, meaning there's no need to use the floor space by putting up bulky wardrobes or shelving units.
A few of the models have taken it one step further by adding cabinets that are flush mounted or a part of the headboard/footboard. This is perfect for storing toys and books.
